1. Introduction

Welcome to TradeXpress LLC. By using our truck dispatching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

TradeXpress LLC provides administrative truck dispatching services, including:

Coordinating loads with brokers.
Scheduling and dispatch management.
Acting as a communication liaison between truckers and brokers.

Important: We work only with carriers operating under valid MC (Motor Carrier) authority. TradeXpress LLC is not a freight broker or motor carrier; we provide administrative support only.

3. Payment Terms

Flow of Funds: TradeXpress LLC never takes possession of freight payments. All gross freight revenue is paid directly by the broker to the Client (Carrier).
Service Fees: Our dispatching fee is an administrative service charge, invoiced after the trucker receives payment from the broker.
Calculation: Fees are calculated as a percentage of the broker payment as per the signed Service Agreement.
Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise, or other authorized electronic methods.

4. Payment Timeline

Broker to Trucker: Typically 1–14 business days after load delivery.
Trucker to TradeXpress LLC: Usually 0–3 business days after receiving broker payment.
Note: TradeXpress LLC is not responsible for delays in broker payment or non-payment by the broker.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, operate under valid MC authority, and comply with all DOT/FMCSA trucking regulations. TradeXpress LLC reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

TradeXpress LLC is an administrative service provider. We are not liable for:

Broker payment delays, cancellations, or lost revenue.
Specific Revenue Targets: We do not guarantee a specific volume of freight or income.
Our liability is strictly limited to the performance of administrative dispatching services.

7. Termination

TradeXpress LLC may suspend or terminate services for clients who provide false information, fail to pay dispatching fees, or violate industry regulations.
